La Salle Gala Dinner

This repository now includes the first architecture draft for the dinner booking flow: validated institutional-email auth, server-authoritative seat claiming, Square checkout orchestration, attendee confirmation links, and per-table availability updates.

Current direction

• Buyer flow uses magic-link login only for the payer.
• Attendees confirm from a one-time emailed link and choose their menu there.
• Realtime updates are seat-level deltas, with table counts recomputed only for the changed table.
• The data model already includes stable floor-plan keys for a future venue map UI.
